Delivery
We arrange delivery daily including Sat., Sun., and Holidays.
Please make order at least 1 day before delivery date.
S$10:
from 7:00AM to 11:00PM, no promised exact time.
S$30:
from 11:01PM to 6:59AM or appointed time.
S$30:
any time to Jurong Island, Sentosa, Changi Airport and some restricted areas.
Fresh flower delivery is only within Singapore.
Soft Toy and Add-In Gift can be delivered internationally.
Flower and Leaves Availability
As some flowers and leaves are only growing in some seasons or short stock from wholesaler, we reserve the right to use the other leaves to replace without the notice to customers.
To change flower, we will contact customer for approval.
Return & Exchange
We offer either a full refund or replace another delivery in case an order is not fulfilled as long as the product is returned in original condition. Items sold out are not exchangeable except for items received with defects,in this case, please contact us as soon as you receive it.
Cancellation of Order
Cancellation of order should be done 2 days before delivery date, and paid amount will be reserved for other delivery date or change to other equivalent price items.
For some customers'own reason or special request, we can only refund payment after deduct admin fee.
Redirection of Order
Redirection of delivery should be informed at least 1 day before delivery date, and no extra charges.
